7. 0  Deployment, Education and Implementation Plans

The policies and procedures outlined in the Deployment, Education and Implementation Plans shall be followed with adjustments when indicated.

1. Deployment is the process or procedure of introducing a program, project, or a system to all applicable areas and stakeholders of an organization.

2. After the design and development blueprint has been formulated, the step prior to implementation is deployment.

3. There shall be a structured deployment plan of the Maternal Death Control Management System.

4. Deployment shall consist of communication, orientation and education of concerned stakeholders.

5. There must be communication to deploy the Maternal Death Control Management System to all concerned stakeholders of the organization.

6. There must be orientation on the Maternal Death Control Management System to all concerned stakeholders of the organization.

7. There must be education and training of all concerned staff on the Maternal Death Control Management System prior to implementation.

8. There shall be an implementation plan of the Maternal Death Control Management System.

There is a structured and comprehensive deployment plan of the Maternal Death Control Management System with identification of concerned stakeholders; methods; timeline; and people in charge.

   

There is a communication on deployment of the Maternal Death Control Management System to all concerned stakeholders.

   

There is an orientation on the Maternal Death Control Management System to all concerned stakeholders prior to its implementation.

   

There is an education and training of all concerned staff on the Maternal Death Control Management System prior to its implementation.

Concerned stakeholders consist of the members of the Maternal Death Control Management System Team and general staff of the hospital and medical center.

For the members of the Maternal Death Control Management System, the deployment and education activities shall consist of the following:

1.       Communication and orientation shall be effected through the appointment letters with conforme signatures of the members of the Maternal Death Control Management System.

2.       Communication, orientation and training shall be effected through the face-to-face meeting and online conferences.

For the general staff of the hospital and medical center, the deployment and education activities shall consist of the following:

1.       Communication and orientation shall be effected through a memo or circular announcing the creation of the Maternal Death Control Management System and Team, its authorized functions, goals and objectives, and other relevant information.  The primer of the system or program management of the Maternal Death Control Management System can be disseminated.

2.       Communication and orientation can be effected through online media (emails and social media).

3.       Communication and orientation can also be effected through posters or tarpaulins.

The implementation plan basically consists of holding meetings of the Maternal Death Control Management System every month.
